The fitness community would all agree on this truth: if you feel great, you can't help but want to help others feel great. For myself, I got involved in this industry because I love to help people feel happy about themselves.

If you have ever had the opportunity to share what you know and see it benefit someone else, well, there's really nothing else like it.

Seeing someone finally be able to do 10 push ups for the first time, or hearing one of my Fit Body Boot Camp clients' amazement at losing 22 pounds in just eight weeks truly is rewarding.

In order to really be "healthy and fit", we have to do more than just exercise and eat right. We have to add the third component and that is to share. Share what you know helped you so that it can benefit others. Yup, just like the movie title says, we have to "Pay it Forward".

At You-nique Physique Personal Training and the Burlington Fit Body Boot Camp we try to take advantage of opportunities to give back. Take a look at what we have upcoming and what we have done in the past.
