Join us on our awesome fitness activities that will inject some adventure to your fitness. Most everybody recognizes that we need to exercise regularly to ward off heart disease and other deadly effects of inactivity and obesity. We like to look sexy and feel great, and wouldn't it be great if at the next doctor's appointment you don't hear the same old "you really should lose some weight"? Okay, now that's the usual reasons, but I have another one for you that just might help provide the right motivation to make you want to get out and get moving.I call it, are you ready for this... doing stuff!  - Free Fitness Boot Camp Burlington's only free bootcamp gives anyone the chance to come get fit and have fun down by the lake and runs from mid-spring to the end of summmer!
 - Moon In June Every year on a Saturday evening in June downtown Burlington is over "run" with kids and adults alike in an ever growing evening of fun, running, music and fitness.
