How to get ready for a Jedi Workout.

Why a Jedi workout you ask? Well, much like many of you, growing up, one of my favourite movie series was Star Wars. Now I can’t say I am a wealth of knowledge and able to answer every question thrown at me, but I do could watch Star Wars everyday…. Yes…. Even the bad ones.

I dreamt of being able to control the force and bounced between being Jedi and Sith. Whether it was saving people from imminent death or throwing my teacher up against the wall from across the class. There was always a time I wish I could control things with my mind.

Now with my new found love of all things fitness, I am able to add it together with my love of Star wars. All thanks to Onnit.com I am able to do a “Jedi Workout” with their amazing workout apparel.
