You see I know just how it feels to be out of shape and have no energy. I was not blessed with a “naturally” high metabolism. I had (and have) to work every day at it.
After my second child was born, I knew I had my work cut out for me. Everyone kept telling me—“it’s only baby fat, it’ll come off easily”. Well I’m here to tell you – it did not come off easy. It may have been baby fat, but it was still fat and I had to really work at it for it to come off. I had to learn how to get fit again.
Yes, that's me in those pictures. I don't even know who the "fat Me" is anymore! But like anything, with some hard work and watching my eating habits I lost the weight plus some and was in the best shape of my life.
There are no magic pills or easy way to get the body of your dreams or if your goal is to just be healthy — plain and simple: You need to work at it. And be consistent.
