How to get six pack abs – The How to get fit way

In our programme to get six pack abs, there are eight exercises, each one is done for 30 seconds. Out of those 30 seconds, 20 are used for controlled movement. The remaining 10 seconds are to be used to hold the position at the peak of the movement.

We have put together a combination of exercises to target every part of your abs. Some of the movements focus on more than a one area, and the holds will ensure you’re using every single muscle fiber available. The beauty of this workout, is because no equipment is needed, it can be done at home.

GUIDELINES FOR SIX PACK ABS.

Speed is not key. Focus and form is. Don’t rush through the movements, rather use slow, controlled movements to make sure you get the most out of these exercises.

Don’t allow your feet to touch the floor—ever.

Try and do this 3 times a week. Less is acceptable, but never more. They need to rest to grow into a great set of six pack abs.
